Looking to connect with nature, practice yoga, and learn about new cultures? You’re in the right place. Our wellness retreats are more than just “yoga retreats”. They are immersive experiences that will expose you to new ways of thinking, give you the opportunity to witness life outside of your daily routine, and connect with yourself on a deeper level.
We host retreats in South America, Central America, & Asia.
Yoga came into my life during a very difficult life transition. I had just moved to San Francisco and my mental health was at an all time low. Like most humans, I was consumed by my thoughts and would try to keep myself busy with work and friends, never really giving myself the time to pause and experience my emotions.
After randomly buying a Groupon package for a hot yoga studio near me, I was instantly hooked to the practice of power vinyasa. I learned that the mind-body-spirit connection runs deeper than we think and the power of breath was healing. Yoga transformed me.
In 2018, I completed my 200 YTT and 50 YSTT (power yoga and yoga sculpt teacher training) through CorePower Yoga. I had always dreamt of going to India to complete my 300 YTT to learn more about the roots of yoga, and in March 2023 I gained my RYT 500 through Himalayan Yoga Association in Rishikesh, India.
My hope as a teacher is to facilitate a space in which the practitioner can discover the Self through self-inquiry and to honor this ancient practice with love and respect.
Thank you to all my teachers, for I will forever be a student of yoga.
I came to yoga in 2017 seeking relief from physical discomforts after many years of high intensity collegiate athletics. The physicality of yoga immediately captured my heart, and its ability to cultivate a deeper understanding of the self only served to deepen my passion for the practice. I completed my 200 YTT with Soulpreneur Yoga in the fall of 2021. The year after, I started teaching with the intention of not only guiding my students through the physical postures but also inspiring them to use yoga as a tool for self-discovery, exploring the inner workings of their minds and energy systems.
Hungry to learn more, I recently traveled to India and completed my 300 YTT with the Himalayan Yoga Association. Through this experience, my teaching approach evolved beyond just physical poses and expanded to include the broader aspects of yoga such as philosophy, pranayama, and meditation.
My drive stems from a deep respect for yoga’s rich tradition, and I aspire to not only internalize its principles but also convey the transformative power of its ancient practice through personalized and introspective approach.
